Handling parcels with special care our courier deliver throughout the United Kingdom from Tuesday to Saturday (excluding Bank holidays). Delivery by courier will be calculated based on parcel size, weight, recipient address, postcode and the required delivery time. Dear costumers orders for edible fruit bouquets and fresh flowers placed for delivery well in advance and prior delivery date will be charged at the price as next day delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Orders for next day delivery in London and other areas delivered using Fruity Lux transport, need to be placed on or before 5 pm(GMT) from Monday to Sunday (including Bank holidays). Orders for delivery next day throughout the UK need to be placed on or before 2 pm a day prior delivery date from Monday to Friday for arrival the next day (excluding Bank holidays). If you place your order after 2 pm (GMT) will be scheduled for delivery on the next available date.
Orders can be scheduled for delivery on the preferred date, using our nominated delivery option. We allow orders to be placed in well in advance for delivery in and around London using Fruity Lux logistics, or across the United Kingdom via courier. The price for nominated delivery for edible fruit bouquets and fresh flowers cost the same as next day delivery service unless prime shipping has been selected.
Same Day Delivery
Same day delivery is available in and around London. Whether we can deliver in your area on the same day, you need to call customer service on or before 10 am to check if possible. During public holidays, for example, Christmas, New Year, Easter or popular celebrations such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Black Friday we recommend to place your order well in advance, from 2 to 4 days prior delivery date, to avoid disappointment.
There must be someone available to sign for the order at the delivery address. If there is no one available to accept delivery at the address, we will attempt to deliver your order to the closest neighbour. Please note, We accept no liability for returned /left elsewhere or unsigned orders. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been processed and received!
Full and correct postal address including postcode and a telephone contact number(UK phone numbers only) for the recipient must be provided, or your order may not be processed, delivered on time or may not be delivered at all. We do not accept liability for an incorrect address or missing details and you may not be entitled to a refund.
